This was a large horse and to have got it down to take its head, it had to be hurt badly on and about the legs etc. We want years not months and a small fine for what this man did and it was obviously planned so he cannot use any type of insanity please. His own father states he was fine. This is the way serial murderers start. By hurting and/or killing animals. Let's not let that happen either.
