On March 29th 2010 Dana L.S. Hall was killed in a one car accident on Chelsea Road in Bella Vista Arkansas

At the time of her death a Memorial was placed at the site of the accident by Friends and family to include a picture, and lights so that she would never be in the dark. At the time this was done the Mayor was contacted and advised the site would be no problem and he would e-mail the Chief of Police so that we were not bothered when visiting Dana at her site. A month ago I was stopped by a planning manager at the site who informed me that the city did not even own the property so I could be in trouble for damaging private property, and he requested I meet with him and the Mayor on the following day.  I Went to City Hall and was informed they were busy and would call me.  The Mayor called the next day and said the city did own the property and he would go look at it that night or the next and call me back two weeks later he called and informed me they had to many complaints about the site, and I would have to start dismanteling it, that it had been long enough.  I do not have a grave site to go to my wife was a donor and her ashes were spread at the site.  This is the only place my son and I as well as her family have to visit. The city does not maintain the property at all I do.  Since they have told me this I have not cleaned up there or mowed and it looks like a jungle.

I am asking you to sign this petition in hopes that I will be able to show the Mayor that he is wrong and I have a great deal of support for this site.  I have had well over 100 people stop in support as well as leaving flowers.  I have had two people just in the last week stop and say God Bless you.
