There is obliviously a Pattern that has developed in the LAPD Northeast Division to secure unlawful conviction of innocent people of diverse backgrounds and cultures. So we appeal to the United States of America's Dept. Of Justice to investigate the above named to see how many other innocent people have been unlawfully incarcerated due to the negligence, witness coercing, withholding of evidence that proves innocent of said peoples.

        We have appealed to you after being denied justice from the LAPD Internal Affairs and the LAPD Police Commission Inspector General's office. We respect your determination to see that the citizens of the United States all be treated fairly and just and deeply thank you for your concern in this matter.
