ESTA ES UNA SEGUNDA PETICION ONLINE DIRIGIDO ESTA VEZ AL ALCALDE EN PERSONA.  RUEGO FIRMAR Y COMPARTIR.  GRACIAS.

Este matanza de Tyron, el Pitbull paso en la Perrera Municipal de CALVIA MALLORCA. " la Isla de la Calma".
Tenemos dos Eventos tambien pidiendo que el Alcalde haga cambios alli. Los perros no pueden salir de sus jaulas y estan encerrados 24 horas, 7 dias a la semana.
Ofrecimos darles paseos.Asi habrian tenido un poco de trato humano, y al mismo tiempo podiamos haberles conocido un poco, para ayudar facilitar adopciones.
La contestacion era negativa.
Ofrecimos hacer fotos de los perros, y formar Albumes como hacemos en otras zonas ... los cuales circulamos por Internet y tambien facilitar muchos adopciones y re-encuentros con su Dueños. Todo gratis, ahorrando dinero para el Contribuente!
Otra vez un negatiativo!
La Perrera abre 2 horas al dia de Lunes a Viernes y una hora Sabado y Domingo.
Hay 3 y a veces 4 empleados. Dicho por el Tte Alcalde, el resto del tiempo van por la zona mirando a ver si hay mas perros sueltos ( para encerrar). El horario es de risa!
Mezclan perros grandes con pequeños, machos con hembras. Un pobre dueño vio que estaba su perrita alli en una. jaula. pero era Viernes y hasta que creamos el Evento no abrian ni una hora los fines de semana ..... la perrita era pequeña y en celo. El dueño tuve que esperar hasta el Lunes pàra recogerla, mientras que los machos de todos tamaños la montaban el fin de semana.
Los Empleados limpiaban las jaulas con los perros dentro duchandoles tambien durante este Invierno tan frio que pasamos ( visto por mi ).
Hay tanto mas que podia decir, pero esto os da un idea.
Despues de una cita con el Tte Alcalde el dia 14 MARZO y con el ALCALDE, Tte Alcalde, Concejal de Medio Ambiente, Concejal de Asuntos Extranjeros, y el Director del Ayuntamiento el 12 ABRIL ... el Sr Alcalde dio su palabra que haria un website con fotos de los pobres animales y estaria online el dia 31 MAYO. No esta!!
Dio su palabra que nos contestaria sobre contacto con los perros ( Paseos ni hablar )
Y QUE NOS CONTESTARIA SOBRE TYRON, EL PITBULL QUE LLEVABA 4 AÑOS ENCERRADO EN UNA JAULA SIN NI UN PASEO.
EL REFUGIO SOS ANIMALES MALLORCA OFRECERIAN ADOPTAR LEGALMENTE, CON SU LICENCIA PPP.
DIJIERON QUE LO PENSARIAN.
LA CONTESTACION NO VINO EN PALABRAS.
LE MATARON. UN DIA EN SILENCIO.
TODAVIA, AUN DESPUES DE SU MUERTE ..... NO NOS HA CONTESTADO.
Tengo mi opinion humilde y personal sobre esto.

Descanse en Paz Tyron. Esto no es aceptable.
La excusa logica para el Veterinario Municipal sera que estaba enfermo, pero la tarde antes estaba tan cariñoso y sano como siempre.

Murio debido a nuestra lucha para todos los Perros que estan, han estado, y estaran en la perrera de Calvia, Mallorca.
AYUDANOS POR FAVOR.
Nuestra lucha empezo en Enero ..... y pensabamos que el Alcalde estaria encantado de recibir nuestra ayuda GRATIS para ahorrar dinero. Pero con que tristeza hemos visto las reacciones. Nos hace pensar que los que amamos los animales estan considerados anormales y insignificantes
ULTIMAS NOTICIAS. Despues de media pagina en un Diario local y los programas en la Television ….. el Ayuntamiento ha contestado a Canal 4 TV que le mataron porque pertenecia a una raza peligrosa. Que vergüenza!!!

The killing of Tyron. The kindly Pitbull took place in the Municipal Kennel CALVIA MALLORCA. " so called Island of the calm."
We have two events asking the mayor to make changes there.This one online and another under Events.
Dogs are locked in their cages 24 hours, 7 days a week. We offered to walk the, giving them a bit of humane treatment, and also having close contact we could inform a little more about their characters. This would to help facilitate adoptions. The reply was negative.
We offered to take pictures of dogs, and make albums as we do in other areas ... which circulate online and also facilitate many adoptions and re-encounters with owners. All free, saving money for the Rate Payers!
A negatiativo again!
Kennel opens 2 hours a day Monday through Friday and one hour Saturday and Sunday.There are 3 and sometimes 4 employees. The Deputy. Mayor told me that, the remaining time they are looking to see if there are more stray dogs (to lock up, i presume!! ). The schedule is a joke!
Large dogs mixed with small, males with females. A poor owner saw her dog was there one Friday and until we created the event they did not open for one hour on weekends ..... the dog was small and on heat. The owner had to wait until Monday to pick it up, while males of all sizes mounted her during the weekend .
The employees cleaned the cages with the dogs inside during the last very cold winter hosing the cage plus dogs with cold water (as seen by me).
There is so much more I could say, but this gives you an idea.
After an appointment with Deputy. Mayor on March 14 and the Mayor, Deputy Mayor, Councillor for the Environment, Councillor of Foreign Affairs and the Director of the Town Hall on 12 APRIL ... Mr Mayor gave his word that they would make a website with pictures and histories of these animals and would be online on May 31.
Not true!
He gave his word that we would reply on contact with dogs (Walking or being inside the patio with them). No reply!!!

And that they would reply about Tryon, THE PITBULL, Who had spent 4 YEARS LOCKED IN A CAGE WITH NOT EVEN ONE WALK.
ANIMAL SHELTER SOS Majorca a very respected Animal Shelter and BALDEA, the Association for animals asked .. begged .. to LEGALLY ADOPT TYRON WITH LICENSE PPP.
The said they would think about it!!!

NO ANSWER CAME .
INSTEAD THEY KILLED HIM WITH NO PRE-ADVISE .
ONE DAY .... IN SILENCE.
YET EVEN AFTER HIS DEATH ..... THEY HAVE NOT RESPONDED.

I have my personal, humble opinion.
TYRON WAS THE MARTYR OF OUR REQUEST FOR CHANGES IN THE MUNICIPAL DOG POUND OF CALVIA.

Rest in Peace Tyron. This is not acceptable.
The excuse for the Veterinary Municipal logic will be that he was sick, but the evening before was so loving and healthy as ever.
He died because of our struggle for all dogs that are, have been, and will be in the kennel of Calvia, Majorca.
PLEASE HELP.

Our struggle began in January ..... and I thought the Mayor would be delighted to receive our FREE help to save money. But with sadness ….we have seen the reactions. It makes us think that those who love animals are considered abnormal and insignificant .
LATE NEWS. This has been on TV twice and they questioned the Town Hall, whose only feeble answer was he belonged to a race of dangerous dogs!!!

El perro llevaba conviviendo conmigo varios años y era un perro perfecto para mi , era muy fiel, muy guapo , inteligente, servicial y muy bueno y sociable tanto con perros como personas, acogi a una perra mestiza de 3 años que tenia problemas de ansiedad que la noche en la que lanzaron los fuegos artificiales lamentablemente se asusto mucho y rompio la puerta de mi terraza y tyron fue con ella , yo no me encontraba en casa en ese momento y al llegar encontre a la policia que decia que habia recibido llamadas porque un perro habia agredido a alguien, los busque y los encontre en casa de un vecino con el perro de este, la policia me los recogio y se los llevaron a la perrera y me dijeron que al dia siguiente me presentara en la comisaria a prestar declaracion porque habia gente que iba a denunciar, asi lo hice y resulto que varias personas habian denunciado, el veterinario de medio ambiente me dijo que hasta haber celebrado el juicio el perro iba a estar alli a pesar de yo tener un seguro del perro, y haber tramitado la licencia de perros potencialmente peligrosos , y en la denuncia no se especificaba que el perro les hubiese agredido ya que se hablaba de 2 perros y de que no sabian cual habia sido y cabe decir que no se parecian en absoluto. Al llegar el juicio nadie se presento unicamente yo y varios testigos mios que declaraban conocer el buen caracter del perro, por lo tanto sali absuelto y concerte una cita con la tramitadora del expediente del ayuntamiento y el veterinario municipal , me reclamaban una multa de 5000 euros y la intervencion del perro, mi abogada y yo nos presentamos para tratar de llegar a un entendimiento alegando que nadie se presento al juicio,por lo que habia salido absuelto de culpa, tenia la solicitud de la licencia que ellos mismos tenian que tramitar y los recibos y copia del seguro del animal, me contestaron que bajo ningun concepto me devolverian al animal y que si lo cedia al ayuntamiento me quitarian la denuncia y se le buscaria un hogar al perro, y esa era su unica opcion. yo quise recalcar que mi unica peticion era que el perro estuviese bien y se moviera el encontrarle un buen hogar si no iban a permitir de ningun modo que yo lo recuperase y que no se le sacrificase y en ese caso si firmaria la cesion al ayuntamiento, el veterinario me aseguro delante de mi abogado y la tramitadora del expediente que bajo ningun concepto se sacrificaria al animal y se le buscaria el mejor hogar posible. Supe que varias personas estuvieron interesadas en el y que incluso sos animal que es una fundacion de acogida y ayuda a los animales tambien estuvieron queriendo acogerlo y que no quisieron entregarlo, y recibo la noticia de que lo han sacrificado, habiendo quedado en que nunca iba a ser sacrificado y se le buscaria un hogar y estaria bien , no solo no se le busco un sitio sino que habiendo gente y asociaciones que lo querian han matado a mi perro. cabe decir que desde el dia que la policia se lo llevo fui cada dia a verlo y acariciarlo detras de una reja porque el ayuntamiento no me dejaba entrar a estar con el.

The sad story of Tyron the Pitbull killed by the Municipal Vet as told by his owner, who is heartbroken.

The dog had been living together with me for several years and was a perfect dog for me, was very faithful, very handsome, intelligent, helpful and very nice and sociable with both dogs and people. Then to save its life I fostered a 3-year mixed dog who had anxiety problems. Then the night that people launched the fireworks unfortunately they were very scared and the fostered dog broke the door to my terrace and Tyron was with her. I was not at home at the time and upon arrival the police said that they had received calls because a dog had attacked someone. Looked and found the dogs in a neighbour's. The police took them from me and took them to the pound and I was told the next day I showed up at the police station to make a statement because had people going to complain, so I did and it turned out that several people had complained. The vet told me that until a Trial was held they were taking the dog away... even though I had insurance and the permit being tramited. The complaint did not specify WHICH of the dogs had attacked them as they talked about 2 dogs and they did not know which one it had been and did not appear at all.... not even at the Trial. Noone!!! The only ones me present were ME, my Lawyer and my several witnesses who claimed to know the good character of the dog, so we thought I would be acquitted and make an appointment with the record tramitadora the city hall and the municipal veterinarian. They claimed a fine of 5000 euros and the intervention of the dog, my lawyer and I came to try to reach an understanding on the grounds that no one was present at the trial, which had left it absolved of guilt, I had the license application that they had to process and the insurance receipts and copies of the animal. I was told that under no circumstances would I be returned the animal and if I signed it over to the town hall they would remove the complaint AND SEEK A HOME FOR MY DOG , and that was his ONLY option. I want to EMPHASIZE to everyone that my only request was that the dog was well taken care of and moved on to find a good home if they did not in any way allow me to recover him. And NOT sacrifice him and if the council agreed I would sign the assignment, THE VET ASSURED ME INFRONT OF MY LAWYER THAT HE WOULD NOT BE SACRIFICED and tramitadora the record that under no circumstances would sacrifice the animal and he would look for the best possible HOME. I knew several people were interested in having him, and also SOS CALVIA, a Refuge and a foundation who help animals were also wanting to have him, but the Municipal Vet would not give him over. and now I am so shocked when I received the news that they have sacrificed him, when both I and my Lawyer had been promised and assured he would never to be sacrificed and he ( Municipal Vet ) would look for a home and would be great. I also I repeat had people and associations ( SOS Animales an BALDEA ) who wanted my dog. I want everyone to know that from the day the police took him - every day I went to see him and pet him and tell him I love him from behind a fence because the town would not let me go to be with him.
