Animals remain in cages that they have outgrown and become unsuitable for them. The Department of Veterinary Services refuses to give written confirmation to move them to already built cages that are bigger and safer. This causes suffering and death to many animals.

The owner demands for an investigation and to punish all those that are responsible for the illegal acts that have been ongoing for many years.   

The Ministry of Agriculture has all the names and evidence which it requires to proceed with an investigation but they do not proceed. Why is this???
