President Obama and an almost unanimous bipartisan House approved HR2930, the Entrepreneur Access to Capital Act to make it legal for the community to crowdfund their local entrepreneurs, where Wall Street and the Banks have left off.

Now the Special Interests are playing a turf war (which really comes down to money) and using fear mongering to spread nonspecific cases of fraud to derail the process. 2012 begins an election year and the special interests know that if they can derail or amend the bill it will die or become useless.
