This petition is for every state.I also have one for PA. Sign them both. We need to stand up and tell our law makers we are not going to stand by and watch animal abusers go unpunished anymore. This is for Patrick, Tad, Braveheart, Lancelot, both Hopes, Snoop, the cat sexually abused by a human monster and especially Samsun, who was beaten by his abuser in Turkey on video and nobody did a damn thing. He laid suffering for three day, chained up and died. There is no excuse for abuse. Be a voice for all the animals. Do not stand by and watch abuse, report it, If you can not take care of your pet, give them a shelter. Please sign this petition and ask for the laws to be changed.
