Catch and convict dog killers

Because this crime is overlooked far too much. Families in our area have lost far too many pets to these monsters and the authorities look the other way. THIS NEEDS TO STOP AND WE WILL NOT BE QUIET UNTIL IT CHANGES!!!!!!!
