Every year, millions of animals are harmed, and even killed in laboratories just to evaluate how toxic products are to humans. Animals are subjected to this cruel and unethical practice for cosmetics purposes. We are allowing companies to put make-up that may contain harmful chemicals on helpless animals. Even if this products did come across as toxic on the animals, every species reacts differently to chemicals. So what maybe harmful to rabbits maybe perfectly fine to humans.This practice is also unnecessary because there is no law in place that requires animal testing for the release of cosmetics. So why do it? These companies have no excuse whatsoever for testing on animals. Instead, they should make their products without using harmful substances so they do not feel that they have to test animals. Our beauty is not a just cause to put animals through torture.
