Innocent animals like rabbits, mice, guinea pigs, rats, and some other suffer excruciating tests and a lifetime of suffering. Thousands of animals are poisoned, blinded, and even killed every year in outdated product tests for cosmetics, personal-care products, household cleaning products, and even fruit juices. Animal testing is far from accurate-many of the results are, in fact, faulty. A product that may have blinded a mouse, could still be sold to you.

There are alternative testing techniques that are now available, most of which provide much more accurate results and will spare the life of many animals.
