About this Petition Pledge

They still won't pay minimum wage, even though some NGOs have decided to.  There have have been Cost of Living Adjustments and increases in allowances, but not the raise to the employees Congress ordered(PC).

We need a raise to at least minimum wage or a percentage of the workers value.
