Buccal cell SRS is a surgery improvement on the conventional reassignment surgery. It involves grafting tissue from the mouth for use in creation of the neovagina which has certain improved benefits, such as better lubrication, less dilation after the initial month, and less of a risk of the neovagina atrophying due to tissue structure.

It has already been done on women who have Mayer-Rokitansky-Küster-Hauser syndrome, it is a step forward in improving sex reassignment surgery (SRS). Please continue doing this surgery on trans patients who ask for it.
