People have been robbed time and again by insurance companies that  collect premiums but who will hunt for every reason possible to escape rewarding those who have been injured.

Clearly, people who are not in perfect health, if such a thing exists, will pose risk to health insurance companies by actually causing them to pay for health costs.

Congressman does not agree with "wholesale" treatment of people as goods and is going to vote against Health Law Repeal.
