It is imperative that Congress realize their responsibility as it relates to our families who are being caught up in this thing called The Adam Walsh Child Protection & Safety Act. In the six years since its inception the types of crimes, ages of the prosecuted, mandatory minimum guides, restrictions, and punitive life-long registry for the 760,000 plus registrants has presented grave challenges for the almost 3,000,000 wives, children, mothers, girlfriends, grandmothers and other loved ones who suffer the collateral damage of the registry because they too are on it! Don't believe that? Pick up the phone and call just one family and ask them......What have "we" done to your lives? How have "we" affected you and then ask them "Do you think your loved one should be allowed to move on with their life after paying their debt to society?"
