When terrorists stuck America on 9/11 our nation went into high-threat mode, for good reason. That's all the politicians could talk about. Yet EACH year, 33 times more people die from hospital-acquired infections in America than were killed on 9/11 and no one in our government does or says anything about that. 70% of the 1.7 million hospital acquired infections are preventable. Medicare and Medicade have stopped paying hospitals for these infections, why should consumers still have to pay?
