This is important because gay people deserve the same equality as straight people. It's not fair to gay people that they can't get married when straight couples are able to marry numerous times and divorce numerous times. There are many gay people who try and force their views onto others, but there are many who just want to live their lives like a normal person. Why should they not be allowed this?
