The Issue

Please deny NS-LIJ’s application for a Certificate of Need at 36 7th Ave., NYC, Project # 111531.

This center is little more than a whitewash for the Rudin Condo plan. The planned North Shore-LIJ center is detrimental to the health of our neighborhood and our city. The existing Certificate of Need - for a full service hospital at the site - should be enforced.
