Grant a dedicated, fenced, off-leash dog park at MacWilliam Park

The Issue

  1. There is no such dog park in the City.
  2. There is a huge demand by the local citizenry for such a park
  3.  A dog park is as much a people's park as a dog park
  4.  It is a terrific venue for socialization for all ages and walks of life, as well as dogs socialization. It is particularly cherished by Senior Citizens.
  5. It is good for local businesses and visitors
