As proposed, the development of this home will completely obstruct a scenic public viewing area as well as public access to a popular beach and surf spot known as the Colony, and the primary views of local residents. The proposed development may also compromise the stability of the land, which has experienced extreme erosion and land slides. As proposed, the safety and security of this land and beach are not being met. Beach goers will have difficulty accessing the beach and surfers will no longer be able to check the waves.
