The light for East bound 92 traffic turns yellow when a car or the last car, is mid way through the light. Due to a large bump and then indent, (for water runoff, I assume), one cannot 'hurry' through this stop light without their tires leaving the road (air-born).
The North bound Hwy. 1 traffic then gets a green light before the East bound car can safely get all the way through the intersection.
