We need stronger penalties for those dead beat dads, that don't want to take care of their kids.. There are to many children living off welfare and not getting the love, care and support that they deserve from their fathers. By putting them in jail we are spending a lot of the taxpayers' money and not coming any closer helping the situation. We need to require them to either get full time jobs and or enroll in job training programs and be mandated to pay a portion of their earnings to pay for child support.  Please help me do something about this. Let's help those fatherless kids out there. THE CHILDREN ARE OUR FUTURE
