Create a Small Dog Park in Chico/ Degarmo Park

The Issue

To Anyone who has Small dogs is the Chico Area.
Have You ever taken your pooch to Degarmo park? It is pretty intimidating to small dogs. If not have you ever wanted to and been afraid of the large and roudy dogs? I have even seen some small pooches get beat up, injured, and maimed by large, out of control dogs. Although the Rules on the gated entrances to the park state specific rule against this it keeps happening and it is extremely hard to tell dog owners they need to leave. We would no longer have this problem if we had a small, seperate area for Dogs under 20lbs. Large Dogs would still have a majority of the park. This is an easy and Inexpenisve fix for CARD.

I would love to see a seperate area where small dogs can play safely and socialize safely with dogs thier own size without being intimidated or frighted!
