Install heat lamps at all CTA bus stops with shelters

Install heat lamps at all CTA bus stops with shelters
The Issue
Due to the recent, subzero temperatures in Chicago, some commuters may face up to 20 minutes waiting for a bus in minus zero temperatures which can be dangerous- even when properly dressed. We are asking the CTA to consider installing heat lamps, like those found at train stations to all CTA bus stops by Winter of 2015.
Some headway of busses are simply too long and the temputure too low in this enviorment for customers to be outside waiting. Some customers do not have acess to a bus tracker, and may be waiting a long period of time, especially at night when it's colder and busses run less often.
