Chevron-Texaco has to pay for all damages caused in the Ecuadorian Amazon Forest/Chevron-Texaco tiene que pagar por todos los daños causados en la Amazonía Ecuatoriana

Based on the principle of respect for life and nature pursuant to the inseparability of human being from  their enviroment; we stand in unity with the native villagers and other inhabitants of the Amazon whose health has been affected and ecosystem damaged by the oil company Chevron-Texaco's irresponsable extraction and processing of crude oil which threatened both life and nature. It is in this spirit  that the members of the Solidarity comittee demand of all international organism the immediate enforcement of national and international legal rulings judging and condemning the irrational, irresponsible extraction and processing of natural resources(crude oil) by Chevron-Texaco. / Basados en el principio del respeto a la vida y a la naturaleza bajo el concepto de inseparabilidad del ser humano y el medio ambiente; nos solidarizamos con los pueblos ancestrales y demás habitantes de los territorios Amazónicos por los daños causados al ecosistema y a la salud de sus habitantes, por parte de la petrolera Chevron-Texaco quienes explotaron el petróleo de una forma irresponsable que atento contra la vida y la naturaleza. En este sentido los miembros del comité de Solidaridad exigimos a los organismos internacionales el inmediato cumplimiento de la normativa legal nacional e internacional que juzgó y condenó la explotación irracional e irresponsable de los recursos naturales (petróleo) por parte de Chevron-Texaco.
