Change NJ State Unemployment Laws!

The Issue

Currently, NJ State Law states that "If you voluntarily quit your job without good cause connected to the work you may be indefinitely disqualified from (unemployment) benefits." With the current state of the economy and the recession, many people are relocating to different parts of the state, seeking cheaper housing. If that person's employer has no open positions for them in their new residential area, that person will be denied unemployment benefits.
