Require Environmental Assessment before development of Site 7 or 10

West Falmouth ground and surface waters will possibly be the target of 1.6 million gallons of treated wastewater per day. The effluent would impact some or all of Crocker Pond and Wing's Pond as well as Herring Creek, Herring Marsh, Mashapaquit Creek, unnamed vernal pools and cedar swamps and the salt marshes and wetlands near Old Silver Beach and most likely West Falmouth Harbor itself. These areas have been protected by the hard work and generosity of Falmouth residents and it would be a shame to waste that effort. West Falmouth has born the brunt of Falmouth's sewering project and this should not be allowed without a carefully managed Environmental Impact Assessment. West Falmouth Harbor is now extremely polluted due to The Treatment Plant. Don't let this happen again to other areas of West Falmouth
