Housing discrimination against unmarried couples/families is practiced openly every day.  There is often a lack of legislation in place that can be cited to stop the practice; whether or not legislation exists, it is a morally deplorable action.  Not only does this particular condo association violate the rights of qualified buyers, it prevents its own membership from being able to market home sales to the largest pool possible.  Marital status discrimination is a societally accepted practice that is no less an issue of civil rights than rights based on race, gender, or religion.  It needs to stop NOW.
