On June 9th the Cape Elizabeth Town Council will consider a proposal to change the wetland protections across the town center district in an effort to encourage commercial, retail, and residential development. This proposal comes at a high price—the dismantling of laws that preserve our wetlands and wildlife. If you oppose weakening Cape's long-standing ordinances in the town center district, please add your name to this petition:
