Canton, Ohio City Council is reviewing legislation to hire Phillip Sedlacko to trap and dispose of stray cats in town. Using a more human solution like Trap, Neuter and Relocate or Return is humane. Their plan consists of killing strays and ferals, and separating mama cats from their kitties. This is murder if you value the sanctity of life. Please sign my petition if you believe that there are more humane ways of solving this problem. I have an expert and other support groups that can provide the Council with humane ways of controlling this population. Please sign to put pressure on the Council members and President to let them know that city of Canton values humane treatment of animals without killing them. Thank you!
