I am trying to see if congress will pass a bill that will make every business owner , home owner  and Home Owners association install security cameras outside their residence or place of business.  If cameras can catch people in the act of committing terrible crimes why are they not every where ?  I believe that if we had cameras every where then our world will become a safer place to live . Please help me in getting enough signature's so cameras can be installed every place..
