There is an excessive use of aggressive police tactics in communities around the world.  Aggressive police tactics are short-term solutions, that often increase agitation within our communities.  

To help address this issue, Departments around the world need to incorporate the art of discussion into existing training programs.  By utilizing this as the primary means of engagement, Officers will earn the respect and support of their communities.
