We the undersigned believe the residents and businesses of the East Side neighborhoods would benefit from a scheduled trolley service through Hope Street, connecting the East Side. We believe that increased public transit will ease traffic and lessen parking issues.

By providing more transportation choices, transit reduces carbon emissions, encourages pedestrian activity and is a catalyst for economic development.
