My daughter is serving time in missouri prison for 18 years she has been in prison since she was 18.  And is going to be 23 in October.  She is accused of 2nd degree murder armed criminal action and robbery and was not even there.  The system here where I live is so wrong even the judge talked down to me and I didn't have a lawyer and was told she needed to take a plea and get on with the sentenceing.  So what are you to do? She should not be in there and her father has had two heart issues and her little sister is going through depression and has lost her best friend.  Really has put a lot of stress on the family.  I am not asking for a miracle.  But could someone look into this or contact me her mother? To get her time reduced or come home where she belongs.  She has a hearing lost and bipolar disorder and ADHD and will not take anything for this to come focused in there .
