As a community, we feel we are lacking in good Jewish Deli's. Brent's is the epitome of a great deli. Their Matzoh Ball Soup is legendary. Their sandwiches are touted as some of the best in L.A. County. From Kugel to Latkes to Bagels and Lox, they have the traditional Jeiwsh foods down. From Breakfast to Dinner, they have mastered a large menu. The opportunity to eat in, take out, or grab a pound a corned beef or pastrami is greatly missed. I haven't even mentioned the bakery goods. If you are ready for a legend in this valley, please sign the petition.

Brent's has looked at this valley before and opened Westlake instead, we need to get their attention and show them Santa Clarita WANTS a great deli, we will patronize it and help to make it a success. Pass this along, we need a lot of signatures!!! Let's make this happen!!
