John Metz - a franchisee of Denny's - said he would charge customers an Obamacare surcharge and cut workers hours below 30 hours to avoid paying employees benefits. Everyone deserves access to healthcare; employers would like to avoid their responsibility to provide this to their employees. Mr. Metz should apologize for his comments to the Huffington Post and change his position on cutting worker's hours.
