Capital One Bank wants to move into the current location of The Charles Street Market (the old 7-Eleven) at the corner Charles St. and Mt. Vernon.  In order to do so, they need a variance from the Boston Zoning Board.

Please join us in opposing the approval of the variance so that Capital One cannot move into the space.

The petition letter in the "Petition Letter" tab to the right and the signatures will be presented to The Boston Zoning Board of Appeals in advance of their February 28 meeting to discuss this matter.

If you signed the paper petition at the BHCA Zoning meeting, please don't sign this one.
