Consumer rights do not end with physical products, and a purveyor of digital goods should be bound to offer the same level of the end product to all, equally billed, subscribers. We hereby demand that Blizzard Entertainment, specifically the EU branch, actually support their clients by offering the same experience to all players, ie, fixing the issues that are the direct consequence of developer-initiated FCMs that crippled many servers and are now nearly if not totally unplayable for a large group of people. Those people would now have to pay extra money to fix these issues for themselves, essentially being forced to pay extra money to get the experience they ought to be getting with their subscription fee alone. Your disregard for complaints on the forums for years now and failure to provide any answers for your lack of activity in fixing the issue only serve to make it clear that paying that transfer fee is the only way out of this situation, effectively making it an undisclosed fee.
