Recently, a tourist filmed two French male citizens leaving breadcrumbs for a squirrel. What the filmmaker did not know until it was too late was that the two French men then decided to literally kick the squirrel off of the Grand Canyon killing it. 

This devious act of animal cruelty and death is not to be taken lightly. Animal torture and animal killing is a sign of a serious mental disorder and is one of the three major signs of psychopathy, sociopathy, and becoming a serial killer. 

We the petitioners ask that the French men who kicked the squirrel over the Grand Canyon are banned from entering the United States or any Native American nation for the next ten years from 2014 until 2024.
