For 18 years, The Janice Forsyth Show has been broadcasting an eclectic mix of music and interviews that have brought great new bands and artists to the Scottish public's attention. We the undersigned feel it is essential that this show be maintained, not just to continue in the spirit of public information and entertainment that the BBC is duty bound to protect, but to allow a new generation of listeners discover great music. Replacing it with news and sport is a unsuitable alternative and the show should remain.
