This petition was started as a result of the US Dept. of Agriculture and the federal courts in all districts of the United States not following the laws when it comes to Black farmers. Americans should sign this petition because of the blatant egregious widespread discrimination at USDA Better known as "The Last Plantation." Black farmers need equal protection under the laws of the United States of America! Signing this petition can impact the lives of tens of thousands of Black farmers and their heirs across America. There are 14,000 plus cases of discrimination inside USDA unresolved, they need to be settled.
