Ban the practice of killing animals remotely
Tell Congress to Support the Sportsmanship in Hunting Act
The Sportsmanship in Hunting Act (H.R. 2308) aims to ban the practice of killing animals remotely via the Internet and crack down on captive hunts—the abhorrent practice of shooting confined, tame, exotic animals in an enclosed space.
TAKE ACTION
Please make a brief, polite phone call to your U.S Representative to urge him or her to co-sponsor H.R. 2308, the Sportsmanship in Hunting Act, to halt remote-control Internet hunting and the interstate traffic of exotic animals for the purpose of hunting and trophy collecting.
You can reach your U.S. Representative through the Capitol Switchboard at 202-224-3121 or click here to look up your federal legislator and his or her office phone numbers.
After you make your call, fill in the form on the right to automatically send a message to your U.S. Representative. Congress receives a lot of email.
Please remember to edit the text below so that your message will stand out and have a greater impact. Some congressional offices may also require you to fill out additional information in order to submit your message. Please take these additional steps, if needed, to ensure your message goes through.
