For over 20 years the state of Colorado(Denver) has voted a law into effect banning all Pit Bulls and Pit Bull mix breeds from being held as pets within their city limits.As soon as this law was put into effect Denver residents were ordered to either release their Pit Bulls to Denver animal control or to immediately leave  their city..As of today nearly 4,000 Pit Bull adults and PUPPY's have been aimlessly murdered,recently a poll was done showing no significant drop in dog bite ratios on humans in the city of Denver.This is an INHUMANE law and a HUGE failure.. Please help me in sending a message to Colorado that this HORRIBLE law must be ended ASAP !!!  The accompanying picture is NOT a fake,these are actual Pit Bulls killed by Denver animal control,this picture as well as about 10 others were taken and leaked onto the internet.

We the signed are sending you the Governor of Colorado this petition imploring you to end the Specific breed ban on Pit Bulls in Denver Colorado,which has been in effect for over 20 years and has resulted in close to 4,000 innocent family member adult and PUPPY Pit Bulls deaths.Statistics have shown that this tactic has FAILED immensely and has only caused the death of one of the most misunderstood,loyal,kind caring and very fragile breed of canine.I have also asked everyone who comes into contact with this petition to BOYCOTT ALL and EVERYTHING pertaining to Colorado.This petition will be posted all over face book and it will reach all corners of the earth.The time is NOW for change in Man's ignorant misconceptions of specific breed Genocide.Just 2 weeks ago a county in Upstate New York enacted a law that will put any convicted animal abuser on an alert list,the same type of alert list that child molesters go on,so you see CHANGE for the animal's plight has begun.Very soon it will NO LONGER be tolerated and it is up to you to make the first step to a new era of pet understanding.I implore you,please lift the ban on a useless and horribly wrong law ..
