Impose stiffer charges for Alec Eugene Taylor's evil acts of murder of an innocent puppy. His acts speak loudly of sociopath behavior. 3 years is just not long enough in jail for what he has done.

The Issue

More and more people are seeing animals as disposable objects that they can do with as they see fit (even killing, mutulating, etc), and in this case torturing the actual owners of photos of their sick acts toward the animals. This has to stop. We all must stand up and say enough is enough. Police officer or not this man deserves to pay for his monsterous acts.
