Repair or offer a trade-ups for tablets suffering from reboots or SODs

The Issue

We all bought ASUSTeK's Android Tablets in good faith, the tablets were initially running the Honeycomb version of the Android operating system, in this configuration they were perfectly stable as usable daily, standby time was good (up to 5 days) so you knew that it would be accessible when you needed it, after all, that's the main attraction of tablets, the pick-up and go nature of them.

Since the introduction of Ice Cream Sandwich users have been experiencing random reboots, sleeps of death (SOD), and bootloops which cause the battery to drain. As a result when you come to use the tablet, 9 times out of 10 it requires charging as the battery is completely depleted, ASUS have attempted fixes but have not been successful.

It's come to the time where we need to stand up and be noticed, not to be fobbed off by ASUS once more, they will keep saying that the fix is coming but as we've seen so far, it hasn't. It is now several months after the initial Ice Cream Sandwich update.

What we want from you ASUS, is an assurance that we will be reimbursed with the purchase price or our tablet, sent a replacement working tablet or offer a trade-up program for a minimal price, this is your chance ASUS to restore faith in your brand.
