All youth should feel safe and confident at school, but many LGBT youth face bullying and harassment so severe that they feel there is no way out. Seth’s Law, named after 13-year-old Seth Walsh of Central California who took his own life after years of bullying at school, would enhance existing anti-bullying laws by tightening anti-bullying policies in schools and instituting better training for teachers and administrators.
