When Congress passed the above mentioned act they helped slow down an already long overdue growing progressive awareness in our K-12 public school systems towards the in-appropriateness of discriminatory thinking towards the LGBTQ community-student body.

In passing this ill conceived act congress provided material support to one of the largest discriminatory organizations left in the U.S.

This act was passed, in our opinion, to counter/slow this progressive movement, goal being to force our public schools, under circumstance that we believe to be far to generous, as well as intellectually unsound, to provide this group access.

This discriminatory supportive role is not an acceptable one for our Government to play.

K-12 Public School systems must have the same tools available to eliminate those groups, or social supports, that contribute to discrimination against the members of the LGBTQ community, that they use to halt on campus support for other forms of discrimination. I.E.  Racial, gender discrimination.

Please ask The U.S. Congress to repeal the "Boy Scouts of America Equal Access act"
