We ask the EPA to follow through on cancellation of the second generation anticoagulant rodenticides (rat poisons) that are poisoning children and pets and killing our beautiful wildlife! The ban on consumer retail sales took effect one year ago, but three major producers of rodent poison have refused to comply and filed suit. This allows them to continue to sell their death-dealing products while the case languishes in the court system. Meanwhile, these multi-billion dollar corporations, led by Reckitts-Benckiser (maker of D-con), are pressuring the EPA to back down on enforcement of their decision. We need to let the EPA know the EPA works for the people, not the corporations!
