After only three years at our school, Vice Principal Derek Harley is being removed from Forestview School and moved to another area.

Mr. Harley's enthusiasm for education, his fantastic interaction with students of all ages, and his skills as a Math teacher have made him an invaluable asset to the Forestview community. He, and Principal Todd Bright, have made a terrific team as students transitioned into a new facilty - their personalities complementing each other - making all students feel welcomed and heard in the 'front office'.

We feel allowing this team to remain intact will benefit the students at Forestview School for many years to come. Ask the District School Board of Niagara (DSBN) to re-examine it's decision to remove Mr. Harley from Forestview for the 2011-12 school year.
