Since iOS 5, we've had the ability to have playlists of manually sorted and hand-picked podcasts without having to give up iTunes match syncing. As of iOS 6, there is no longer a way to create playlists of podcasts on the phone with the Podcasts app installed, and even if you go through the trouble of removing the Podcasts app, you can no longer sync podcast playlists to the device without also disabling iTunes match. This is a HUGE step backwards and a huge problem for those of us who depend on and enjoy listening to our hand-picked podcast episodes on the go. You're getting an extra $25/year for iTunes match…is it too much to ask not to lose functionality for that?
