iCloud is great, but so are many of the features from MobileMe that it will not have. This includes sync services (for bookmarks, mail rules/signatures, dock items, keychains, dashboard widgets, and preferences), photo gallery and iDisk.

Apple has indicated they are open to the idea of including these features in iCloud at some point if they hear enough from users, so this is your chance to make yourself heard.
